    Great Views!
I briefly popped into the centre whilst in Belfast after a tip off from the big red bus tours. Even though the weather wasn't great it provided excellent views of the city! And is free of charge, so would highly recommend. Shops look to be nice ones too.

    Shop It Out!
Victoria Square Shopping centre is located in the heart of Belfast. Close to the Spirit of Belfast sculpture and not far from Donegall Square. Within the shopping centre there are some high end stores as well as some that are more affordable. There's also a place to get a coffee or another drink and also a cinema so there are lots of things to do in a small place.

    Busy Shopping Center
I give this industrial city a lot of credit for its revival after a long time of troubles. This thriving in-town shopping center is part of that revival. Lots of shoppers, lots of activity, and a good place to go to get out of bad weather.

    A decent shopping centre
As these places go this is quite tasteful. A good range of quality stores and places to eat. I guess for me the real difference was the viewing platform right at the top. Access us via both stairs and lift and gives a fantastic panoramic view of the Belfast City sky line!

My son and I needed to go to the Apple store and thought as it was in Victoria Square we would park there. As there was an electric charger there and I have an electric car we decided to top up the car while we were in Apple. It wasn't cheap at 72p per KW/h but anyway we decided to use it as we wouldn't be there long. What I was surprised at though, was that they pre-authorised my card to the value of ÂŁ82. Asda pre-authorises at ÂŁ99 but they release the balance in a couple of days. Yet here I am nearly a week later and they still hold my funds. Add to that the horrendous ÂŁ7.60 car parking charge and you will realise that I won't be back in a hurry. I telephoned EB Charging and they informed me that it can take SEVEN working days to release the funds.

The shopping centre itself is clean and pleasant but has the same shops as any city centre now. We couldn't find anywhere with a decent vegan menu choice and after the viewing gallery at the center we decided to back up to Upper Newtownards Road where there was at least 5 places with excellent vegan choices. So we weren't there long maybe just over an hour and it was nearly ÂŁ7 for the parking it's extortionate I don't know how the price can be can be justifed a complete rip off.

I visited o3/09/22 as a disabled person with my daughter who had her baby in a stroller.. Lift access from the car park took 20 minutes access to the different floors again by lift was 20/30 minutes. The disabled/baby changing on the top floor is locked you have to ring and request someone to come and unlock it we waited 15 minutes for this This was not an experience i would want to go through again which is a real shame as this building for shopping is supposed to be one of the best in the city

Intended to do Xmas shopping, but there was a stage set up with 'artists' performing (only a mother could've loved the 'singing'. This plus the music being played by the centre made for a cacophony of noise. It was so bad that we left without making any purchases. Won't be back again.

I visit this branch of Starbucks, in Belfast Victoria Centre, quite regularly. This is a newly refurbished branch. There are however major issues. Tables seem to cleared very infrequently, if ever? Customers' detritus seems to constantly be strewn across most of the tables. It is also a fact that when the tables are cleared, they are usually not wiped down. Staff seem reluctant to keep the place in a hygienic and acceptable state. It is far from acceptable, especially given the prices. Occasionally you will see a reluctant staff member reluctantly dragging themselves around, unenthusiastically putting some of the rubbish in a black bin liner. One other side issue are the brownies. The price is similar. However they are now the size of a bank card. I thought it was a joke at first! Unbelievable gall!

This very modern shopping centre is partly covered from the elements, but not completely indoors. There is a good department store located within it and numerous middle to high end brands.
The food court area at the top of the centre was quite disappointing. We went elsewhere for a coffee.

Take the lift from the shopping centre up to the viewing gallery in the glass dome at the top for a bit of free sightseeing. You can see in all directions across the city of Belfast. Unfortunately, time was against us for shopping but there seemed to be a good mix of shops and restaurants.

The staff claimed that the store didn’t have a manager, yet shop assistants were claiming to be deputy managers. They were rude and refused to give their names. They said I had to contact the manufacturer about the defective leather jacket. The details they provided were just “Belstaff.com” yet the site says they don’t handle returns purchased from stores. A very poor experience.
