Could be tricky to find- near one end of Waring Street. Behind one building and next to a building development. Well worth finding. I have visited most of the military museums in the UK - only a handful to go and really enjoyed this. The Regiments that have exhibits here have a fine history. This is an old school museum... More

This is a small museum, predominately hosted by WWII veterans. Very informative and the Gentlemen who were the docents were very helpful. Need to make this a stop if you are in Belfast City

Not easy to find and I'm from N Ireland, but once found, well worth it. Open Tues to Friday, and what a history the "Rifles" have, unbelievable collection, and what a history they have to tell, put a visit on your bucket list, you will not be sorry

The royal ulster museum offers a glimpse at the rich history of the royal ulster rifles. The exhibition is garnered with historical artifacts and accounts of the most famous skirmishes and engagements. Staff are lovely knowledgeable and care to make your experience truly unique and interesting. Would visit again any time.

As far as the history of this regiment goes, there is no better place to visit. Not only that, it gives you an insight of the British soldier who came from Northern Ireland and fought in both world wars and all the conflicts we have been engaged in since.

Had half an hour to kill but you could easily spend half a day in here to take it all in. Really interesting history to the regiment which has saw action across the British empire one officer got a medal from Hitler
