Do not waste your money. This company is a disgrace. I have never been treated so poorly, and hopefully I never will again. We arrived early for our 11am appointment and walked to the area which, other people in the area informed us, was the location where the Segway tour would begin. We waited for 20 minutes and, at 11:05, when it became clear that no one would arrive, the member of our party who organised the trip emailed Jonny to inquire if there was an issue, and then sent a message to the Facebook page with the same query. It was not until 11:45 that we received a reply from Jonny to inform us that the member of staff who was supposed to take us on the tour was ill and would not be arriving. Two members of our party had travelled considerable distances in order to participate in this, and to receive what was supposed to be part of a Christmas present. When we did receive a reply from Jonny, it was very unsatisfactory, verging on inappropriate and cheeky. I do not understand how the company was unaware of their staff member’s illness, and how it took them 40 minutes to inform us, particularly when they had our contact details. This is a disgraceful way to treat paying customers, and contact should have been made much earlier, even if only to tell us that he was having difficultly getting in touch with his members of staff. Additionally, it seems bizarre that the company offered no telephone number or means of contacting them other than email. We were treated so poorly and no substantial apology was offered. Sadly, it seems were are not the only customers to have been treated so poorly, and to have received an inappropriate and unprofessional reply. Please, do not waste your money on this shambolic company.

Bought a voucher for my 11 year old nephew to go on the off road tour - repeatedly tried to redeem the voucher and my sister emailed and tried to phone on numerous occasions. This has been on-going for months now so not very happy that no-one has bothered to respond to our e-mails. Not a great reflection on the company!!

Paid for a 2 hour tour, it lasted less than an hour. We paid £30 pp and felt ripped off as we were expecting to be there for the 2 hours. The hour included getting kitted out and a bit of practice before we set out. Not good value.

We weren’t able to use the segways, but I wanted to review customer service. We had booked & paid online, but it transpired the company would be closed on the date we booked. Jonny emailed to advise us of the issue & apologise. He emailed a further twice to make sure we’d got the message & as this was the company’s fault, arranged a refund. Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re dealt with that’s important. Can’t fault Segway NI for their response.
