The Titanic Belfast visitor attraction extends over nine galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition. Drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features you will explore the Titanic story in a fresh and insightful way from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her infamous maiden voyage and catastrophic demise. The journey goes beyond the aftermath of the sinking, to the discovery of the wreck and continues into the present day in the Ocean Exploration Centre.

Don;t get me wrong, it is a very cool museum. But many exhibits had lights that were burned out, features that did not work. designs that were really not functional. An example would be back-lighted text on an exhibit, with pictures not lighted at all, all in a dimly lighted room -- very poor presentation. Some exhibits were in corners,... More

Awesome place to visit. People are so friendly. Some great eye openers during the tour. Well worth the money. Bring a coat and some comfortable footwear as some of the tour takes you outside. However there are secure lockers available for £1 to drop your bags and coats in should you need to. Fantastic!!!

This is one of the best museum experiences I have ever visited. If you can, walk to it from central Belfast on a sunny day (they do exist!) and see it rise up amidst what little remains of the dockyard. It is as impressive from the outside as the photos suggest. There is a café and a bistro on the... More

If you like history and ship building mixed with glamour and tragedy, then this is for you. Titanic Belfast takes you on a journey from the drawing board right to the sinking of the ship and to present day. So much to see and the open cable car type ride takes you through the ship building history filled with the... More

My friend came to visit me from Italy and, since she was so excited about visiting the Titanic museum, we decided to go today. Well, it took us about three hours to get there and what we saw inside was just a collection of photos (not original) on the walls, plus three reconstructions of Titanic cabins, videos... But where's the... More

Started wondering whether this was worth all the hype, but the further on we went, the better we liked it. The shipyard ride is excellent (not scary!). I was surprised to find myself close to tears at times.

Please add a visit to the Titanic Belfast Museum to your bucket list! We booked in for a 1:30 start time and were running to catch the last bus out before closing! It is just that interesting! Allow yourself plenty of time and consider going in December when the crowds are low.

We arrived early on a Sunday morning, no line for the tickets and not so busy inside. Parking was also very reasonable.

We weren't sure what we going to see but this is a fantastic interactive experience, was quite expensive but worth every penny. Spent over 2 hours walking around, listening reading and interacting. Make sure you do the small ride and take a walk outside to take in the scale of the boat on the footprint embedded in the ground. Not... More

This museum does an excellent job in presenting the construction and disastrous end to the Titanic. The beginning of the exhibit on the history of Belfast was a little long and not what I went there for. It was interesting in learning about the actual workers who built the Titanic. You can still see the original slip where the Titanic... More
