I visited here yesterday (23rd August 2016) with my young nephew and both of us had a brilliant time. There is loads to do and you could easily spend hours here. We ended up being there for 2.5 hours and were disappointed that we couldn't get around the whole thing. There was a whole building area on the top floor... More

My young son is science mad so we went to W5, so many "hands on" exhibits, that all my kids enjoyed themselves. We attended the free shows about science, nature and space. My 2 sons were called up to help in some, which made their day. I really recommend this for all families.

Great place to visit with young children. They will have fun and learning mixed together. Parents can sit down and observe and it's very safe .Bring little snacks and drinks around with you as it maybe needed! The cafe can be a little expensive and there are lots of seating to have an indoor picnic

Had a fab time here today with husband and 4 year old twin boys. The twins enjoyed looking around all the different areas, even those they were really too young for. But the highlights were the build it areas, which my husband really liked and spent ages building stuff with the boys and the area for under 8s. This area... More

Visited W5 with my husband and 11 year old son. Not sure who had the most fun though as W5 is such an amazing experience no matter what the age. It's very reasonably priced for hours upon hours of fun. W5 is an interactive science discover centre. There is that much to do I couldn't even begin to put it... More

Kids absolutely loved this place! Initially thought it was pricey to get in, but now I know why. There was loads to do. Could have spent all day here. We ran out of time so didn't get to see and do everything on offer. Will definitely return and highly recommend for people with younger children. Does get very busy. Highlight... More

Our kids ages 7 and 10 had a blast! I'd recommend a full day visit if you want to take the most out of it and visit each floor. We only spent 4 hours and was certainly not enough

Had a blast today in W5 with my daughter, her friend and my wife. The staff are awesome and the demonstrations are really good fun with plenty of participation from the kids etc. I really liked the fact that we could take our own food and picnic although surprisingly the food etc on offer was reasonably priced. W5 is well... More
