Great place to bring kids (mine is 8) and an ideal base if you're having a full day on the waterfront. We were there during the Maritime Festival and, due to brilliant weather, we used W5 as a means to cutting down the UV overdose...More

We hadn't planned on going here, but it was raining and needed something to do before we could check into our hotel. When we first walked in we were a bit dubious as we saw a massive soft play, and our 15 year old went...More

Went here with family and let the kids see around it, kept them busy for the whole day! It has lots to be looking at and keep them busy throughout, spent about 4/5 hours and put in most of a day with the family.

Hi I'm booking online for the Winter Wonderland (23rd) and not sure how best to book the times for Santa and the Express. I've never been to W5 before so unsure of the possible layout. Is it train first then Santa? What timeframe gap should be left between them?
