This place walks the line between a historical concert hall and a venue for 21st Century entertainment sometimes unsuccessfully. There is nothing to draw you inside unless there is an event on as there is literally nothing to see. However it is popular as a venue with locals

I have been to a few gigs at this venue and I like it, the bar area can be a little small but it is the same everywhere at a busy gig. Great building.

Great backdrop with the beautiful pipe organ and lovely acoustics. Not a bad seat in the house, really. Bars upstairs and down and they do children's movies every so often (but book early as they tend to sell out).

We went to Ulster Hall in the late morning. The doors were opened and we just walked in. There was a caretaker who has been there for years and he gave us a "tour" It is a lovely hall with beautiful colorful organ. Rory Gallagher played there. Johnny Cash played there. Many great artists worked there. Go and see it.... More

We went to hear Noah Stewart perform at the Ulster Hall 29 April 2016 and he did not disappoint. Truly marvellous voice. Ulster Orchestra, under the baton of Christoper Bell, was its usual superb self. Have heard Noah perform at Proms in the Park and will never tire of hearing his rich voice.

Beautiful old building which created great atmosphere and sound. Alcohol was expensive and queues long.

We have been visiting this historic building for years taking in Classical Concerts, Shows, Boxing and Music Gigs - the building itself is beautiful to view and the lore surrounding the hall is plentiful - it is after all the venue where "Staircase to Heaven" was first played. In the last few weeks we have watched Albert Hammond and (last... More

we went to see Neal Delamere here in March, the venue was perfect for a comedian who interacted with the audience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only let down was the seating area at the front, not really set up for a relaxing atmosphere or a drink before the show. Everything else was great so no complaints.
