We found this because we were directed there to pick up tickets for our Belfast Bred Tour. Once there we discovered a great resource for information on Belfast. Worth a stop if you're in the City Hall area!

Very modern welcoming centre that provides all the information a visitor to the city will need. Even though the assistants were very helpful, probably if some of them were not just behind the counter would help make you feel even more comfortable to ask anything.

Has a nice shop and some interesting things to view. Stopped here on the first day of my visit. Should have stopped back again, but never had the opportunity.

Dropped in here to get a map and find out how to get to Titanic Belfast. Good info on how to use the local bus to the museum and sold us a family ticket which was much less expensive that taking a cab or individula bus tickets. Very helpful folks and located right down town
