What a lovely place to see a film! You can meet a friend for a coffee or a drink before or after a film. QFT are having a trial period in which you can bring a glass of alcohol into the film. What a lovely idea. Great staff and great films.

I've been going to QFT for 30+ years and had a bad experience recently. A member of the audience was constantly on their smart phone beside me, this is occurring a lot more often. He was sitting in the staff reserved seat so I had to ask him to put his phone away. When challenged he became abusive. No member... More

Enjoyed two non mainstream films. Comfortable seats, reasonable prices, good programme. Would be improved with better refreshments.

Belfast is not a big city and the fact that it has and has sustained the QFT for so many years is something we can all be thankful for. The range of films is both eclectic and excellent , offering the chance to see many films Belfast would never get. Furthermore the screenings of classics and Cinemagic events really contribute... I went to see The Childhood of a Leader. We just sat there and we watched the movie and it was very good. The seats were comfortable. The waiting area was very nice, and you were able to buy beer, or coffee or tea.

A little gem of a cinema tucked away in the Queens Quarter. A good range of films from popular to world cinema. Now the screens are licenced, you can enjoy a film with a cheeky red wind in your hand.

QFT cinema going is a great experience. Choice of viewing times and no popcorn smell. Also no talking or munching through films. This is a given when going with children but an adult experience should be different. Also small bar serving drinks and snacks adds to the ambience.
