Firstly the staff here are incredibly friendly, you really felt that they not only wanted you to enjoy the conference but also enjoy your trip to Belfast as a whole. The venue is modern and clean with a variety of sized rooms for different types of break out sessions, and it was easy to navigate around. The only annoying thing... More

A good venue when there is an event on but not much else to see. Airy and spacious. The seating plan is great as everyone feels near to the stage due to the steep tiered seating. Has hosted some of the biggest names in show biz to have visited Belfast in recent years. I saw Chuck Berry here on his... More

Was here at a 3-day conference. The complex is large, modern and spacious, with excellent facilities ranging from a huge auditorium (with a compact feel though) to a collection of large, medium and small meeting / seminar rooms. The public circulation spaces are spacious and therefore uncrowded even during large, busy events.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is very nice with a chef in place with home baked cakes etc for breaks. Cater for special diets too. Plentiful beverages all... More

We were based at the Waterfront for approaching a week. Every lunch was different and efficiently produced. The standard of presentation for the evening functions was amazing and I was astounded by the quality of the food for covers approaching @200 people- all identical, tasty and hot- what more can you ask for?! The only suggestion I have for improvement... More
