Had to wait for a seat as very busy but well worth it. Drinks a little expensive. Good live music. Seems to have a lot of locals which helps. Staff very friendly

We visited here for a family night out and we're well impressed with the lively friendly staff. If you want a seat you need to go early. Interesting decor. Toilets could be better maintained at busy times. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

My Northern Irish brother in law wrote me a list of things to do and next to the Duke of York he wrote a must! It is a stunning looking pub, really original. Lovely bar man and a great pint of Guinness.
