You must see it, not only to take a photo and show it on social media. You must visit the place where the riots happened, the fights.. All of this is symbolised in those walls. It is not full of tourists, at least not when...More

I came for a walk in mid-January on the Falls Road and overall I was impressed with the artwork and the history. Not a must visit if you want to know about The Troubles, but its well worth walking down if you have time.

Belfast is a very friendly city well worth visiting and the falls road with the amazing murals gives a valuable insight to past troubles. It is well worth taking a stroll along the Falls Road and reflecting upon how much the city has changed.

Take time to go and see the murals painted mostly during the 'troubles'. It is a real eye-opener. If you are interested in the recent history of Belfast and Ireland then this is a MUST SEE.

The last time I was in N. Ireland was during "the Troubles," when homemade signs were plastered on sides of buildings and telephone poles warning "Brits beware, the "IRA is everywhere." At that time you wouldn't think of walking down either the Shankill or Falls...More

I got one of the city sightseeing buses - £10 and you can hop on and off for 72 hours. It's not that far to walk from city centre either.
