We arrived by cruise ship and spent a fantastic day touring with Susie. Our itinerary included Belfast Castle, Carrickfergus Castle, then on to Boneybefore and the Andrew Jackson Cottage/Museum and U.S. Rangers Centre. We shared a delicious lunch at Carrick Marina before returning to Belfast for Titanic sites. We visited the Belfast Harbour Commissioners office building to see the Titanic... More

A real Titanic Experience would include a private tour guide by the name of Susie Millar who is the Great Grand daughter of Thomas Millar who was the Deck Engineer on the Titanic. Susie's knowledge of that fateful night is second to none in my book. Susie gives you a personal perspective and insight into one of the many stories... More

Our tour with Susie Millar was wonderful! Susie met us as our hotel and personally drove us to all the different sites for Titanic. It was just myself and my 18 year old daughter. We loved hearing about Susie's personal family connection to Titanic. We took her advice and purchased tickets to the SS Nomadic which she also toured with... More

The BFM had trouble explaining to 15 young kids that the Titanic and over 1800 ships were built in Belfast. In the hay day 50000 people worked in the area. Aerospace and heavy industry was at the fore. Also Linen, tobacco and rope went all round the British Raj. It was amazing seeing the drawing rooms, the head office of White Star... More

On our recent trip to Belfast, we had a wonderful day with Susie Millar. Our group consisted of 4 adults and two children, ages 9 and 14. Susie met us at the train station and got our group all settled for the day. My husband and adult daughter went with Susie for the morning, to tour Belfast, with a focus... More

Susie’s Titanic Tour has so many things going for it: her knowledge, personal connection to the Titanic, her exclusive access to architect Thomas Andrews’ home and, best of all, Susie herself. She’s a lovely, fun person to spend time with. Having grown up in Belfast, she continues to work for the BBC and has a dramatic flair that helps you... More

I am a bit of a Titanic freak, and this tour was my mom's birthday gift to me. My husband and daughter were less than thrilled about a Titanic day, especially since I had made them watch every single Titanic show during the 100th anniversary in April. But, Susie made it interesting even for them. I was thrilled to see... More

My wife and I took Susie's private tour by car (thankfully she drove our car) last Saturday in Belfast - we completely enjoyed her tour, which included her great-grandfather's experience on the ill-fated Titanic. She shared his story as well as her family's aftermath (I am looking forward to reading her book on this exciting chapter of history) and showed... More
