Visited on a beautiful sunny day, but found the castle rather underwhelming. We may have had a better impression had the exhibition not been closed. There are no sign boards either so we had no information about the castle whatsoever. There is no doubt that...More

Excellent place to visit. Great history and buildings. Gower peninsula salt marsh lamb produce well worth purchasing and very tasty.

The views are good, the castle is okay, the butcher's sells great produce. I'm not sure if the location warrants regular visits, but I'd need to see if there were events. The butchers though, that's worth calling in whenever you pass.

Stunning location in the Gower close to salt marsh. Good exhibition describing history of castle and other castles in the area.

An interesting castle with lovely views over the marshes. The exhibition was interesting but information boards outside at strategic points would be good as we left with many unanswered questions.

This is quite an infesting property to visit coupled with some magnificent views across Llanrhidian Sands and the Loughor Estuary

Fairly well signposted but a bit off the beaten track. Pay at the farmhouse (they also sell ice cream and welsh lamb. Not sure they go together but hey!). There isn't a great deal in the way of interpretation. There are no guides so a...More

We visited Weobley Castle this afternoon. Intriguing place full of small mysteries such as 'bricked up' windows and doorways, joist hole that do not match up. There was a useful artists impression of the exterior in the small exhibition, but it would have been good...More

The view from the castle over the marsh is very impressive and the small exibition interesting. If you pass it, have a look - but as there are so many castles this one is not a real must (in my opinion)
