Caswell bay is on the Welsh coastal path which is wonderful for walking. The beach is great for sandcastles, swimming and surfing. It has three cafes to suit every budget and taste. Across the road is Bishopston woods, a brilliant place for kids to explore and run around if you want a change from the beach.

I love visiting this place! There's parking, food, showers and a woodland behind the beach if you want to go wandering. The only thing to be aware of is the (perfectly safe) jellyfish that tend to appear over summer. But we've swam in that water happily regardless!

Car park was 5 pounds which is a little high. Small beach with a close sea. Big enough to find your own spot and to make sure no kids get lost. Didn't bother with the shop as it seemed expensive.

We came across Caswell Bay after taking the cliff top walk from Langland Bay. The walk and bay is stunning. Views from the cliff top walk were absolutely outstanding. Definitely a place to visit time and time again.

Great beach, great amenities, parking by the beach. What more could you want? It is great when the tide is in or out. Always lovely there.

Visited here early October. Really enjoyed the long walks around the bay, enabling you to see some stunning views. The bay was easily accessible with nearby parking. Cafe and seaside stalls on the beach. Would recommend anyone visiting nearby.

Caldwell Bay is a beautifully secluded small bay with a back drop of trees. The beach is suitable for families and people of all ages. It is relatively flat for the disabled to sit looking out to sea. It has a medium-sized pay and display car park, with old but very clean toilets. Visiting in November it was quite with... More
