We booked Celtic manor for a girly spa day, we arrived at 9am we parked in the under ground parking very expensive as we were there for the whole day £10.50. There is a free one but it's a long walk or you have to wait for a shuttle bus. We checked in and was greeted by a lovely lady... More

I was supposed to play golf at the Celtic but popped my back out and so ended up opting for a massage and day at the spa. The facilities were very plush and the staff very friendly, but the facilities were perhaps a bit limited in their range and it would have been nice to get a hot drink by... More

Treated myself and my partner to a spa day for Christmas. Booked in for a thursday so quite quiet. Got there early as suggested and so the incompetence begins. Booking in (which was already paid for) and it should have started with a couples massage and first they could not find my booking and only my partners, it was booked... More

First visit to the Celtic Manor, can't see me rushing back anytime soon. I've driven past so many times I promised myself a visit one day..... So when of my friends suggested a girls day out I jumped at the chance but it was such a let down! I've been to some great spas and my expectations for the Celtic... More

Came with a friend, hotel grounds is huge and they have a courtesy bus to take you to main hotel. Beautifully kept. Staff all very friendly. Get a robe, towel and slippers. We were shown around which was good as would never have found our way round otherwise. Lockers you need £1 coin. Ladies jacuzzi was out of order which... More

Pool is beautiful. It's the highlight of the spa BUT seriously a 5 star hotel, broken things should be fixed like magic. Either there's no money or you need to hire people that'll get stuff done. Ladies jaccuzzi down again. Massage was okay the girl spoke too much I didn't want to be rude so I chat away with her.... More

Therapist Elle, gave me the most amazing Forum Signature Massage concentrating on the exact areas I asked her too. £68 for 55mins was a little dear but I didnt mind too much since I got such a fantastic massage.
