What a beautiful house.we visited on a really hot day so enjoyed the garden and grounds. The tour guide in the main house was such a lovely woman.the people playing the butler, valet and housekeeper were also lovely and interacted with my 4 year old son. Tea rooms were very clean and service was good

We visited Tredegar house and parklands on Sunday with our young dog, the house is well signed from the M4 and is only about 5 minutes off the M4. You can park all day for £2 which is very good value for money considering you cant park in any town centre for that price all day. Having the dog we... More

Always brought here on school trips when I was a child and after a visit to Longleat I wanted to come back to Tredegar house now I am older. The house is now owned by the council and the gardens are just spectacular, you always leave learning something new about the house and family and how life was back then.... More

Lovely house, gardens and park together with a shop and tea rooms. Interesting historic house well set and explained. Not far off motorway as we popped in on the way back home from Cardiff. Well worth taking the small diversion. House is very impressive.

The grounds are lovely , some of them are included in the house , the rest are available to the local community to enjoy and they do. Well worth a... More
