Went here today with my 5 kids and partner, the kids love this place usually but today wasn't the case, was boiling hot inside, went to order drinks which cost £20 for 1 drink and 1 packet of crisps for each of us. I opted for a Costa coffee which after standing by waiting over 20 mins for I got and it was foul the machine was clearly malfunctioning yet they kept churning out awful coffee costing a fortune for barely warm slightly coffee flavoured milk.

Overall I have spent best part of £80 for 2 hours of being baked alive inside a place that clearly extort money from customers.

Will not come back!!!

Equipment great, lack of mask wearing by majority of parents frightening
Jul 2021 • Family
The soft play equipment is brilliant. Haven’t been since pre covid and a new section has been added. Staff were wearing masks and covid guidelines were clearly displayed. Unfortunately the attitude of other adults spoiled our experience. Despite the signs the majority of adults were walking around/shouting/getting too close without wearing masks. Some had masks in their hand or in this chin but still didn’t wear them properly. My son had an amazing time, but me and my husband felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.

Standards are slipping, prices rising
Jul 2021 • Family
This place is going down hill..... Sure it has the same massive soft play set up, bit the prices of everything have been hiked up and in return stuff isn't working or being looked after. The change machine for the games arcade is knachered and causes disappointment to the children when u can't break a note. None of the sanitisers are working as they are all empty with no sign of staff fixing the problem. Because they don't want to operate a booking system the queues to get in are also horrendous.

Massive
Nov 2020 • Family
The older kids love going here it is the biggest play centre I have ever been to, the kids were a little bit overwhelmed at first it's that big but they soon found their feet and were gone for hours. Take a book because you won't see your children for dust.

Good rip off but great play

Great play ara but be aware they rip you of on food. 2 jack pot and 3 coffees £25 worse than an airport. Pure greed. But the play area is great

Lots to do but what is that music!!
Feb 2020 • Family
My toddler loves it here and doesn’t want to leave. Sadly, I do. The music here is aimed at teens who are probably about to go on a night out in the town, so it doesn’t mix well.

Over crowded poor customer service
Feb 2020 • Family
My autistic daughter got invited to a party and invite said 12 instead of 10-12 so we were 2 hours late. Staff could see my daughter was visibly distressed trying to get in and our invite said 12. Considering we were kept waiting around and the parents had paid for her slot already I think it pretty poor we were just turned away. We had to pay to get in to calm our daughter. The whole place is over crowded and car parking is ridiculous where so many people are crammed in you have people parking all around the roundabout, and non designated spaces in the car park it’s bordering dangerous. The car spaces are so tight my daughter hit someone’s car getting out so that’s ended up costing us a lot a money for a very poor experience. We visit a lot of place centres and this one il aim to avoid, you can’t even get a seat anymore as they have cut the sitting area in to cram more kids in. Profit above safety, not for me.
