Transported back in time in this beautiful cathedral. A little oasis in an otherwise hectic world. You can feel tje history and can imagine the tales told through history.

Recently attended a wonderful choir concert here, and it was a delight. The acoustics were great for choral work, and the cathedral is impressive - although I have to admit that the central figure of Christ does divide opinions - personally I like it, but can see the point made by people who dislike the concrete arches. It is situated... More

We decided to Walk to the Cathedral through Bute park (easily done). Very nice and informative greeter, and lots of interesting things to look at.

Cathedral extensively restored in 19th century. There are 2 towers at the west front which is unusual. Many ravishing stained glass windows by Ford Madox Brown and other well known persons, a Rossetti triptych altarpiece and Christ in Majesty created by Jacob Epstein that’s suspended above the nave on a concrete arch.

I've performed here countless times as a professional musician and cannot speak highly enough of it. Wonderful environment, incredible history and a really lovely place to spend time. Wonderful acoustic and lovely welcoming feeling from the staff and congregation.

Llandaff Cathedral is a must while visiting Cardiff. A little far from the city center, but also quite plea pleasant to get there from Bute Park. The church is very well preserved, has a nice story, and is located in a small town (now part of Cardiff), which still has traces of how it was before.

Those who love churches will be very happy in this stunning building which you approach from a hill, giving you a superb and unusual view of higher parts of the building. If only they could take down the concrete monstrosity inside...
