Thanks to our instructor Toby for the taster session, he was great and pretty much allowed us to take on whatever challenge we wanted. The session is great, if you've never tried it before give it a go! It's great fun!

We were spending the weekend in Cardiff and decided to book a session at boulders after reading the reviews on here. I phoned and booked an 80 minute slot for me and my son who is 11. When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and asked us to fill in a few forms before our session. We had a... More

I can't say enough how good a time my wife and I had doing the teaser class. I would do this over and over again if I loved nearby.

If you are thinking of doing this stop thinking and book it! I am 46 year old dad and did this activity with my 13 year old Daughter. We went back again in 4 days for another climb. The instructors are very good and very polite. Big thanks to Roz and Toby made both days amazing, see you soon!

Visited with my boy aged 7yrs and in the group were other similar aged children, boys and girls. They had 1.5hrs of great fun, all bravely climbing to the very top and 'signing their name'. Great fun and so much better than sitting at home playing Pokemon! Most would think it would not be suitable for small children but they... More

Fabulous place for something different to do. Staff are friendly, certainly know their stuff and make the whole experience fun no matter what age you are. Lovely cafe with a hood range of reasonably priced food.

My partner always wanted to try climbing and this was a great place to it. The centre itself is pretty big. There's plenty of free parking and if you're catching the train to Cardiff it probably cost about £7 from the station to the centre. And that for 2 people. We did a taster session. We called them up and... More

Boulders is set up really well. Parking outside is pretty adequate. Food and drinks from the cafe are good! In the winter there are heaters to keep you toasty between climbs. There's a good little soft play area which seems popular. The climbing and bouldering areas are well set up. With challenging and stretching routes for those who need, and... More

Booked onto a taster session as I hadn't climbed before. Good communication from the initial booking which was done over the phone. The instructor for the session, who is an enthusiastic climber herself, was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging which always helps when you are nervous. There is a cafe on site, changing rooms and plenty of parking. When... More
