I understand that this service is no longer operating. However, a new walking tour service is being provided by "Fogo's Free Cardiff Walking Tours". Fogo's tour is excellent.

Turned up last week. Waited for 15 minutes and no one turned up. Apparently they said to check the website however googling free walking tours cardiff provides lots of links to different web pages. Reviewed were good but unfortunately this stuffed up our entire day as we’d planned our activities around it

The tour guide was very informative and funny. It was a big tour starting from the centre and finishing at the bay of Cardiff. He even taught us some Welsh words and he also offered us traditional Welsh cakes that he bought from a traditional shop before the end of the tour. I totally enjoed it!

The tour lasted 2 hours 30. It started in the very center of Cardiff and finished at Cardiff Bay. We were 12 friendly people coming from all over the world in our group. The guide was very friendly and interesting. I would very much recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know more about the history of the Welsh capital. During the tour we were even taught a few words of welsh and at the end we were offered a very tasty welsh cake. 5 stars for me.
