Seems like a Coffee shop now rather than a Visitors Information Centre. Poor uncomfortable seating especially if you are disabled with some tables so low they must be meant for children. Friendly staff good service, overall in need of a refurbishment.

The centre is in an excellent location next to a small car park in the centre of Caerphilly. The castle is right opposite and there is both indoor and outdoor seating.
