Received excellent service from this shop whilst on holiday in Wales. Needed the battery charging on my electric bike. I gave them a call and was invited to call into the shop. They topped up my battery, free of charge, and I was able to resume my trip.

Excellent service from the guys here. We arrived unannounced having descended 'The Gap' trail with a smashed derailleur. Biped saved the day for us by installing a new derailleur (with honest advice and prices regarding the available options) even though it appeared they had other service work to get though. Thank you so much!

I popped in to look at their range of cycles, I was helped by a young knowledgeable gentleman, his chatter was more inspirational than hard sell, they have some good bikes and at good prices.

I am very sorry, but my experience with the company is indeed poor. I ordered a bicycle part (pedals) and only after 10 days I managed to speak to a person in the shop. The online order was still in processing, and I called many times (9/9, 10/8/, 11/8) before without any success, nobody taking the phone. Today, I learned that the parts are not available, and they will refund. Unfortunately, this is indeed a pure service. Hope you have a much better experience when in the shop.
