We travelled in the car and spotted it from far away. It's church but looks like cathedral. Inside we found amazing stained glass windows, lots of history, and we simply enjoyed being there. We didn't know about the connection with Yale University/USA and Elihu Yale...More

Went to visit a friend who lives in Wrexham, we went into the town centre and saw this imposing church. Interesting graveyard so had a good look around taking some photos. Very worthwhile.

Always attend the crib service at 4pm on Christmas Eve. Fabulous service and that's when I know Christmas has begun. Humerous vicar, not at all stuffy, and stunning church bearing the Royal Welch standards. Everyone is made to feel very welcome.

I can't answer for the tours part of your question, but the church is accessible during the day and there always seem to be people around to answer any questions you may have. Enjoy your visit!
