Designed by Thomas Penson in the 19th Century, the Butchers market stands as a bold historic statement on the Wrexham High Street. The market sells a range of quality goods, clothes, meats, and confectionaries. There is also a café on-site.
Me and Hubby had a browse around this small indoor meat market yesterday (Friday). This Grade 2 listed building was opened in 1848 and designed by Thomas Penson. I liked the fact that it still contains traditional stalls selling fresh local produce.
