A great little train ride around the lake. Speed is slow enough that you can soak up the view. There is the opportunity to get off half way along at a picnic site but getting back on the train if it's busy is a problem.

A stunning location with free parking available...in 2017?!! There is space for families to gather by the picnic benches, and a launch pontoon for SUP, or kayaks (or just to launch yourself into water!) Beautiful.

Llyn Padarn is a Great Lake to wander around with family and friends. Access by The Llanberis Lake railway!! Nothing else to add. Definitely worth a trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!

Yes there is some road side parking and a couple of large car parks at either end of the lake.
