Went there today (22/8/20) to buy two framed pictures. We had seen the pictures the night before in the window, so knew what we wanted I was advised on the telephone this morning that only cash would secure the pictures. We had a broken debit card and my wife, a foreign credit card. Unable to get cash, we left empty handed. A couple of weeks earlier I had lost my debit card. However I do have internet banking and transfers can be made from one account to another in an instance. We returned to the shop and I explained on the telephone that this was a possibility around the problem. I was willing to show my account balance with the funds being sent to the correct account. Even willing to show I.D etc and give addresses and answer relevant questions. No this was not good enough. No sale! Keep your dusty old stock. If our custom is not good enough we can go elsewhere Matey. For me buying things is a pleasure and should not be a burden. As I have said, we will go elsewhere.

Picked up two great pieces. Really chatty and helpful with background to the work. Lots more in the shop to see but difficult to see from looking outside. Reasonably priced too.
