The beach provides a beautiful sunset and is a great place to relax or go for a stroll. It allows dogs which seems to be dog route, popular to the locals. The car park is easy to access and is only £2 for the whole...More

A good old-fashioned family beach with no funfair or other trivial facilities. Access by car close to the sand with a ramp and stairs available. Cemaes Bay is small, attractive and traditional. Don't go there if you want a noisy and costly destination. Bars, shops...More

Nice friendly little village with great walks, great beach and a few good hostelries for eating and drinking. Very quiet on an evening as we went in November 2017. You don't have to go far to find peace and tranquility but everywhere on the island...More

Lovely beach with cheap parking. The village is quite small & the day we went the only pub that allows dogs in was closed. As the weather was freezing we didn't eat at the other pub as we would of had to of eaten outside.

Hubby and I were staying at The Woburn Hill Hotel on a recent Monday/Tuesday. It was only a few minutes walk down the quaint high street to the beach and harbour. Cemaes is the most northerly village in Wales. We walked around the harbour and...More
