We came across this little tucked away museum whilst visiting Llangollen for the afternoon. It’s free entry and full of interesting facts, history and interactives. There’s also a small themed corner to entertain children (including themed dress up) which my daughter absolutely loved.
Lots of information on Llangollen and it's surrounding areas, artifacts, information on the world wars, Dinas Bran castle, Crusis Abbey, lots of books and research articles for the Llangollen area, i.e. Parish records, microfilm, etc, the use of the computers. Helpful staff, good place to...More
Ok- visited in May - website states open to five pm in summer months- not today though - it was closed just before four!
Also no opening hours on display at museum itself.
Please be more user friendly.
