I didn't find the website hugely clear on being able to book or not. The toilets were grim and not enough of and the boat was 40 minutes late. No proper signs of where to wait so there were different queues waiting for the boat....More

I have just come home after enjoying a 2 hour boat trip, which included a hot lunch on board, and which took us over the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct. It was a group booking and the feedback from those attending was all positive. The food was lovely,...More

Couldn't have asked for more for our boat trip. Only £8 each for a 45 min cruise taking in beautiful views over the valleys, the best bit by far is going over the aquaduct. Brilliant experience which we will remember for a long time

A lovely float down the canal with Jones the Boats. It’s an engineering marvel and amazing to still be working well today.

Despite me being the only passenger for the 2pm trip across the viaduct they still took me and the young lady guide was very chatty.

A group of friends enjoyed a peaceful two hour trip along the canal and across the Aqueduct twice. Informed commentary from our young ‘driver’. Basic seating inside with some tables. Opportunities too to sit outside, six places, at the bow. Lots to see along the...More

We went with a group of friends on this very interesting cruise which included a trip over the Polycysylite aqueduct. We met at the canalside cafe and then joined the boat. The staff were very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the route. A...More

Yes, dogs are allowed on our trip boat but not on the restaurant boat. It's always best to ring to check before travelling
