An unexpected trip taken with my husband. Throughly enjoyed our trip along the river with a coffee on hand as part of the experience which turned out to be the last cruise of the year due to the tides etc. Only question, was one of the crew Tee's brother from Salvage Hunters?

Always relatively happy to enjoy a boat trip but have say there wasn’t an enormous amount to see here. It did give an alternative view of the castle but other than that not a lot to see. My fault but I obviously read the info incorrectly and thought that the half hour cruise went in both directions but I guess that must have been the hour long cruise. Thought it was slightly pricey for half an hour and with not all that much seen BUT worth a go I would say.

Make sure you book this when you arrive in Conwy as numbers are limited due to social distancing measures and the boat can only access the concrete jetty at certain states of tide, so do check when the last trip of the day is. Good value at £7.00 for adults, £6.50 for seniors. Great views of the castle from the water and a bit of information given during the tour. Boat handrails were cleaned down between cruises and designated seats assigned when booking. Some seating is plastic seats with small cushion and some are wooden bench seats so do mention it when booking at the kiosk on the harbour if you have a preference. A gangplank and some steps down into the boat would make it tricky for the elderly or infirm. Thoroughly recommend. Staff very pleasant.

Really enjoyed our half hour sailing in the Conway estuary. Pleasant crew and a great commentary regarding history of the castle and surrounding areas. Highly recommended.
