very good but…
Good whilst in there. Clean soft play area and a good variety. Went with my 1 year old and she loved it. Good variety of food and well priced. Food staff lovely! Receptionist super rude over the phone and whilst my daughter was still eating she was being watched by staff who would come over and start hoovering ect around her and under her when there was still half hour till they shut… her shoes was also ready on the counter as if we were being kicked out when still plenty of time left and lots of other kiddies playing still…

Disappointing
Hugely disappointed with little acorns. The standards of cleanliness are not what would be expected for an indoor play. We didnt eat because we were put off. They couldnt even offer jugs of squash. Back to cheeky monkeys for us!

Great for kids to let off steam
My two grandchildren played flat out for nearly two hours whilst I sat in the cafe and enjoyed two cups of coffee. It was easy to keep an eye on them and the whole place seems really safe. Very good value for money. Only downside is that adults seem incapable of using the litter bins in the toilets, so the staff do need to go in and tidy up after them more often.

What a fantastic place and it is sooooo clean. There is a really sensible one way system and lots of people cleaning everything all the time. Really tasty and good value lunch while the little ones played away

Great soft play area!

We are regulars at little acorns,my 8 yr old son loves it here. The play area is always clean & tidy, the staff are friendly and the food is good quality and always tasty! Sue & Alan the managers are lovely and make us feel welcome. We always enjoy our visits and end up paying the extra £1 to stay longer than the two hours!

Great for kids

Absolutely fine for my daughter as she loves it here. However I just tried ordering
drinks where the card requirements are £5 so I was told after trying to order 3 soft drinks. My drinks came to £3.50 and staff wouldn't take my order unless I bought something else. "unless you buy something else you're screwed" was the response from the chap behind the counter.
Moments after apologising to other customers that he wasn't doing his job properly.
Poor customer service unfortunately.

As good as ever

visited today with 4 granchildern, havent been for a while. As ever the place is kept very clean and there are staff constantly walking around clearing and cleaning. The prices have increased but as a hospitality business owner myself I know how every cost has increased and continues to increase. I'd rather pay a higher price and know the place is clean and will hopefully helping to ensure the business is still there is 12 months time.

Brill! Can't wait to return!

Haven't logged into this in YEARS but did today purely to leave a review! If you are looking for soft play in Worcester, this is the place to go. I went to another soft play not too far from this one and there were bugs on the play equipment!! Little Acorns on the other hand is immaculate. Staff literally on their hands and knees sweeping at some points.

Also have to shout out to the fact that management are so on top of bigger kids not messing about in the baby and toddler areas. It was dealt with so swiftly and I was honestly so impressed. It can be really frustrating with a baby when bigger kids are being idiots but I regularly saw staff talking to parents and children about behaviour and zones - alongside regular tannoy announcements.

The food was also good and quick! The facilities were perfect for my toddler who just couldn't get enough of it and kept me on my toes haha! Can't fault it honestly and I will definitely be coming back :) I also think the two quid extra for overstaying your time slot is a bargain, especially because there is so much to do.

Open when they feel like it

Absolutely shocking been twice now the 1st time it was closed went today at 1.45 and was told they was closing at 2.30 ... why have opening times if they close when they like .... needs new management who can commit to its open hours

Thank you for your review. We are currently open Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon. We always open at 9:30 and we do state that business dictates the time we close. Little Acorns has come through a pandemic and are doing their best to remain part of the community providing a service for families.

Highly recommend for a high impact low effort party!

We had a party for our son today. We couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were attentive. The food was perfect. We had an age range of 7 months to 16 years old and they all enjoyed themselves. Fantastic value for money. We will be booking again for next year!!

Absolutely love this place, don't understand the bad reviews. I have turned up 15 minutes from closing before and my child has been let in to play for free. I've been here lots of times and every visit has been amazing. The soft play is the best I've seen. Clean and affordable food in the cafe

Be warned

Be prepared to be turned away with no entry. We Waited in a que inside for half hour with my little 2 year old we had arrived at reception then turned away. Told too busy yet people were leaving. My daughter had her shoes off already on the counter and to be turned away at 3pm. How awful. No care at all.

Wonderful facilities and great staff

Great facilities and excellent customer service. Very clean, great facilities for young children and the cafe is spotless and well managed. Worth the slight difficulty with parking. Good value for money
