I visited with my young family during term time. It was not very busy so they got to enjoy each part to its fullest. There was a craft workshop being run that my toddler and 7 year old both enjoyed. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

My husband and i visited the Museum on a recent trip to Worcester. The Museum had only just opened when we arrived so there was not very many people in there which made it better. We were given an audio set and a lovely lady showed us how to use it. The Museum was well set out with different things... More

I have to admit that I would not choose to go in this museum even though I like china! I did however as my friends wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised. I have to praise the staff who were there are they were extremely helpful and kind. They even offered us half priced tickets because we only had about... More

Pleased to see this was open between Christmas and New Year but we were practically the only people there. Really interesting museum and good audio guides. Was there for 2 hours but could have been there for longer. Definitely worth a visit and its so sad the factory has closed. Would have liked a few more labels on the items.... More

I have never had any particular interest in porcelain, but nevertheless found this museum fascinating. All the exhibits are very well displayed and the more significant ones clearly identified. The general arrangement is chronological, with the particular styles and patterns being placed in their social context and a reasonable amount of information given about the methods of production. The museum... More

It is hard to comprehend how many of the item in the museum were made. There quality is mind blowing. If you are in Worcester, do spend a few hours here; I'm sure you wont regret it and the entrance fee is very modest.

This is a well laid out and informative exhibition of the products that made Royal Worcester famous. Alas the factory has gone but to view the wealth of creations from the past makes it well worth the visit. The personal recorded commentary is very helpful.

Well laid out and the history of the industry well explained. If you like ceramics then this is a must for you. The only down side is that some of the labels were sited too far down to be able to read the small script except by crawling on the floor and peering at them. Not good for those who... More
