We have had a small collection of Royal Worcester for over 40 years and it was a great opportunity to see the Museum. The lady on Reception gave us a very good overview of the Collection and we spent a couple of hours going round the displays.

It's a tragedy that this world famous pottery is no more - but the museum covering porcelain manufacture in Worcester since 1751 has some absolutely stunning pieces of work in it. I've only rated this average because sadly, there was no cinematography showing how things were done, no experts on hand other than via the audio guide and neither is... More

This is fine Museum showing all that was and is good about Royal Worcester Porcelain. There are masses of cabinets with all manner of porcelain displays and very interesting audio and visual displays to lead you through the collections. You need a good while to see and take in everything but there is no Tea Room!

This museum offers 2 floors of exhibits. There are examples or Royal Worcester from the earliest days, all beautifully displayed. Those with an interest in this industry will find it informative and interesting. The gift shop offers a lovely selection of porcelain and related gifts. You can also visit the gift shop without doing the museum tour. If you visit... More

To a collector of early ceramics, the museum is like an Aladdins Cave of treasures! From the earliest years of Worcester porcelain, the very best examples are on display and show the mastery and craftsmanship associated with this iconic manufacturer. WOW!!!

If you have any interest in Worcester porcelain then you must visit this museum. It comprises the largest collection of Worcester porcelain in the world and a good audio tour. Try to go on a day when there is a demonstration. We were lucky enough to watch and talk to both a flower maker and a master guilder. Allow at... More

The Museum is near to the Cathedral and can be made part of a one day visit to the area. Although the china is no longer made here, they have amassed a stunning collection that spans the 250+ years of production. As part of the entry fee, you are given your own personal audio guide, which gives excellent details of... More

A few steps from the cathedral will bring you to the superb Museum of Royal Worcester. This comprehensive display of the products of the sadly missed Midlands Manufacturer of quality porcelain will keep you enthralled. When we visited a retired craftsman demonstrated the application of gold - fascinating.
