About
A small, but growing craft brewery based in the heart of Windsor. Our mission - through our WeBrew and Uprising brands, to make Windsor more famous for its beers than any other attraction! We run two different public tours - Duke Street Experience every Saturday (£25.00) A fun and informative tour on how beer is made – raw materials, process and packaging with a large focus on what makes Windsor and Eton Brewery unique (90 minutes) The brewery also has a shop and on-site bar with full viewing windows looking into the brewhouse.

I went with a group of friends for a tour on Saturday afternoon. Willy was our tour guide and he was really good, telling us about the history of the brewery, the process involved in all the different beers and of course made sure that we had plenty of samples to trace the different beers. A great way to spend a few hours with mates and have a few great beers in the process

Went to the brewery Saturday for a tour. Willy the tour guide was brilliant and very informative. Didn’t know that brewing was that technical. With have free beers with the tour and snacks made it a great event. Highly recommend for a group.

Fabulous place. Gets better with every visit. The brewery tours are always a hit, and the new large bar area has to be the go-to place in Windsor. Top marks, as always.

A fantastic tour and a great experience.
The tour guide Willy had a great style and made the tour were informative and enjoyable.
Plenty of beers to taste and lots to drink at the end along with nibbles.
The tap room has a great atmosphere and is a stones throw from the river and not far from the centre.
It is a great tour to do if you are in Windsor and a great stop for lunch.
Fully recommend

It is a great brewery making some hugely drinkable traditional ales and an increasing number of craft offerings. The tour takes you through their history, the principles of brewery and their ambitions. Plenty of beer to sample and a chance to taste the ingredients that go into it. I've never handled hops before. It was amazing to smell the fruity flavours and taste the pronounced bitterness that makes beer so drinkable.
Had a bite to eat in the tap room after while continuing the sampling that comes with the tour. Had a great time, would heartily recommend.
Personal favourite was their West Coast ipa but I always love a westy.

I visited the Windsor and Eton Brewery with a friend for his birthday. We arrived slightly early but we’re greeted by the friendly bar staff who sorted us some drinks to start with. We started on the tour with a small group but Willie was not phased. He taught us so much about the brewery, it was extremely interesting and very informative! Overall had a great experience and would 100% recommend.

Great service from the team behind the bar. Really good food - standard ‘pub grub’ - with plenty of choice to cover everyone’s needs.

Can you just visit the brewery bar for a drink without having to book a tour? Time restrictions on our part.
Hi David - yes, you can! Our taproom is open 10am-9pm Monday through Saturday (until 10pm on Fridays). No pre-booking necessary just for a drink!

We have 3 tours on Saturdays and one on the evening of the 3rd Weds every month. Bespoke full tours are offered as well but need to be arranged so just email if you have a group you want to book in. If you simply want a quick look at the brewery come to our tap room which overlooks the brewery (full length glass doors and no doubt a member of the bar team will take you inside.
The bar has 8 casks and 4 kegs on serve at any-time (plus an array of bottled beers as well) and you can buy beers in usual sizes or "flights" of 3 x 1/3 pints. Tap-room open 1000- 2100 every day other than Sunday. This w/e is our annual Beer Festival - see web-site for details. We look forward to seeing you! Paddy

Do you serve food at the tap room?

I'm afraid we don't other than the usual crisps and nuts. However our pub, The George, just over the bridge in Eton serves food and has a great reputation- check it out on Trip Advisor. Its about a 10 minute walk along the riverside. Paddy

Hi Peter, we are not normally open on a Sunday as our licence does not cover Sundays. The only exception to this is when we have the bar open for an international sporting event. We are open the other 6 days though - so do come and see us when you can.

Windsor, UK14 contributions
Hi and thanks for contacting us. It is free to come into the brewery shop and it is often possible to have a quick look at the brewery too if the shop staff have time. If you would like to book onto an organised tour, the cost is £12.50. For more information about what is included in the tours, please see our website Tours page. Dates for the open tours can be found on the Events page. I hope that helps, but please ask if you have any further questions, Andrea
