A family home in the village of Dorney which has restricted opening times but well worth visiting as it has a facinating history and lovely gardens.

I feel that I am the odd one out when I look at the other reviews, but I was very disappointed. Being an HHA property, it is only open on rare occasions, and unlike NT properties often these houses are often still a private home...More

We are very sorry that you felt the house didn't live up to your expectations but it's worth bearing in mind that the whole point of family owned proprieties is that they are living entities hence the eclectic nature of the contents. Dorney Court is...More

We held our wedding at Dorney Court last Saturday, and what a magical day it was. The venue itself is spectacular, and the caterers/event planners, Absolute Taste, are wonderful to work with. All our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how friendly...More

It has taken many years to get the timings right to visit as it is not often open to the public. Well worth a visit particularly in the summer to marvel at the beautiful gardens - particularly the huge herbaceous borders in full colour The...More

A fabulous house steeped in history and easily reached from London. I attended a party here recently - a wonderful setting and the Palmer family will happily provide plenty of information on the house whilst being extremely welcoming. Well worth a visit.

Very personal feel to the tour, like being welcomed into someone's home as an old friend. Phenomenal house with a rich history you can almost taste the centuries in the walls. Throughly recommended.
