I saw “Elvis: One Night Only” at this venue and must take issue with the previous reviewer – were they at the same show as me? Whilst I’m sure the performer probably did have some friends in the audience, there were also a lot of people who, like myself, were long-time die-hard Elvis aficionados who had attended out of a deep love for the music of the King and curiosity as to what this show had to offer. And I can assure you, we were not disappointed. Elvis most certainly was in the building. A more than passing resemblance, both physically and vocally, and an uncanny recreation of the King’s onstage mannerisms, together with an easy rapport with the audience, was more than enough to justify our night out. There was so much love and joy in the room, and it really was infectious – the audience were loving it. I should say a few words about the band, too – they were very tight, and really did justice to the repertoire. A great tribute to Elvis with an interesting twist, I guarantee all Elvis fans will love it. I came expecting a fairly standard Elvis tribute, but got so much more. I hope the show returns to this venue. I’d certainly watch it again.
As for the venue itself, it’s a very pleasant place. A bit of a trek to get to which will keep your satnav busy, but the main theatre is very well laid out, there’s a studio theatre for smaller scale shows, and the bar and restaurant are very nice. Great show, great venue.

I came here for the first time today to see the film of the National Theatre's production of Othello. My husband and I were both bowled over by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members, without exception: the welcome of the stewards, the delightful barista who was happy to chat coffee with me, the chef who made us the tastiest toasties and had them ready for us at the start of the short interval. What a fabulous venue! We don't live in Maidenhead but will definitely be back.

Such a pleasure to be back at the Norden Farm Centre. It is a great local venue for shows, workshops, art exhibitions and lots of other activities. It is also a lovely place to just hang out with friends and family and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or something to eat. All the staff and the volunteers do a wonderful job of keeping the place neat, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming and relaxed. You can also reserve office space now, at a reasonable daily price. There is plenty of free parking on site too.

Went there to see "Elvis one night only".
All was well until "Elvis" came into the building.........he looked or sounded nothing like Elvis, although his hand full of friends in the audience must have enjoyed it as they managed to shout and scream all the way through and spoilt the whole evening.
This was our first visit to this venue and will be the last as there clearly is no control over people in the audience making a nuisance of themselves.

A nice place to stop for a lunchtime snack.
Lots of choice on menu for light lunchtime meals. We had sandwiches & chips. Latter very tasty.
Service was good: quick and attentive with being overbearing.
COVID-19 compliance was very good: NHS Track & Trace was obvious and of course a requirement, all staff were wearing masks and tables were set well apart from each other

Only lived in Maidenhead for a year but it is so nice to have an arts centre so local to us. We managed to come a few times before the lock down to go into the art gallery and to the cinema. It's a lovely environment and we can't wait to go back once everything is more normal.
Unfortunately we are in another lockdown, but Norden Farm are providing take out food. We thought we should support them and we were not disappointed. It was amazing value, main meal and pudding for only £10 and they were very generous portions too. We both had fish and chips, which was really tasty and not too greasy like you get at a lot of traditional chippies. We both had tarts for pudding with this also came with an ice cream tub. Really good quality and value for money!

We have had lunch there several times and the blond lady always seems to resent the customers, never a smile or a greeting.
The last time was the worst. I waited at the counter while she did lots of coffees and watched the food leaving the kitchen. When it was my turn, I gave her my order only to be told "we are not doing food". No explanation, no sorry just the blank face.

Stopped for a bite to eat before rejoining the motorway.
Haddock and chips on the menu looked good, how wrong was I!!
All batter and tiniest bit of fish.
It no wonder everyone around here is fully booked and this place is empty!!
Top money for cheap cafe food!

So glad this place was saved. We went to a gigg there last night. We ate there & was imprest with the quality of food. The fish & chips was excellent. Attentative staff. All in all a very good experience. Long may it survive.
