We went as a family of 8 to see the comedian Al Murray. Venue in the centre of Salisbury and parking very nearby. Visited on a Sunday night. Has 2 bars and a sweet area. Two sets of toilets but only 3 cubicles in each. Slightly run down venue but ok for a random night. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just returned from seeing Jimmy Carr, great show, city hall very busy but the staff were all friendly and helpful. City hall have a lot of good artists on with close parking. Well worth a visit

It's close to train station. I saw Lesley garret perform with the local musical theatre company. Thoroughly enjoyed it. My only criticism is that the entrance is hidden from the town and signing is deceiving

Large theatre with a very large public car park behind. Constant program with many well-known acts and performers.

Ideal venue for shows as plentiful parking nearby which is free in the evenings although a fair queue to get out afterwards. City Hall is opposite the Playhouse and both offer easy access to the rest of the city centre and restaurants etc Due to a daft £2 booking charge if you book online I booked over the phone and... On turning up to see Bellowhead we discovered that due to a booking error our seats had been double booked. I would like to say a huge thank you to the City Hall team on the night for the way that they resolved the matter. This is the first occasion that we have experienced such a problem at this great... Went with a group of friends to a gig. Got to say, found it to be well organised and more importantly not too ridiculous with bar prices. Friendly staff, good venue.

We went to see Queen Extravaganza. This was our 4th visit to this venue, each time in a different area of the hall. Each time, we had a good view and a good time. Yes it may be antiquated compared to larger events, but the price you pay is reflected in this. Where else can you get 2 hours of... More

Went to see The Queen ('Extravaganza') last night at the Salisbury City Hall. A packed house and an act that surpassed anything that I was expecting. The second half was especially good and there was nostalgia in buckets! Sadly, this revue is only about the location; the City Hall! For a start, the show started with a 'warm up act'... More
