Large theatre with a very large public car park behind. Constant program with many well-known acts and performers.

Ideal venue for shows as plentiful parking nearby which is free in the evenings although a fair queue to get out afterwards. City Hall is opposite the Playhouse and both offer easy access to the rest of the city centre and restaurants etc Due to a daft £2 booking charge if you book online I booked over the phone and... On turning up to see Bellowhead we discovered that due to a booking error our seats had been double booked. I would like to say a huge thank you to the City Hall team on the night for the way that they resolved the matter. This is the first occasion that we have experienced such a problem at this great... Went with a group of friends to a gig. Got to say, found it to be well organised and more importantly not too ridiculous with bar prices. Friendly staff, good venue.

We went to see Queen Extravaganza. This was our 4th visit to this venue, each time in a different area of the hall. Each time, we had a good view and a good time. Yes it may be antiquated compared to larger events, but the price you pay is reflected in this. Where else can you get 2 hours of... More

Went to see The Queen ('Extravaganza') last night at the Salisbury City Hall. A packed house and an act that surpassed anything that I was expecting. The second half was especially good and there was nostalgia in buckets! Sadly, this revue is only about the location; the City Hall! For a start, the show started with a 'warm up act'... More

We have been to watch live concerts at this venue on several occasions, recently seeing Cockney Rebel and Donovan. It's a cosy, intimate and friendly venue with very helpful staff. There is a large bar in the foyer. All seats have a good view of the stage. Opposite is a larger bar with seating, ice creams etc. so many people... More

Have heard about this event for years and so decided to buy a ticket and go along last night to see what it was all about. Was really looking forward to it as it is advertised as having hundreds of stalls and so I thought there would be masses to see. No! Was in and out in half an hour.... More
