I came to Leeds as a complete newbie I was overwhelmed by all the walking as it's spaced apart like a metropolis city different quarters. unless you have Google maps to show places on foot best to go with a friend.
Loved the Sanrio Shop Japanese unusual gifts and bought milkshake in a can £1.50.
The Leeds Market inside wasn't too bad but the outside bit was like a third world flea market, cheap shoes, bags, tools and mobile phone cases, tobacco paraphilia.
Also had a cute cat cafe I didn't visit to stay had to book well worth £7.50 for some purr and strokes

During the summer holidays head to Trinity as part of the city centre dinosaur trail. (You may want to leave this stop until last as it’s where the biggest and best T-Rex lives along with a huge egg that your little one can have a photo inside)
It’s free of charge, there’s a map and info alongside the dinosaurs or pop to the visitor centre inside the Trinity for more info. Great food options close by in Trinity Kitchen and adjacent restaurants or places to sit if you bring your own pack up to save the pennies. Enjoy!

It was a wet and windy night in Leeds when myself and my good friends found ourselves in quite the desperate situation of needing food late. It was on a short walk around the city centre when we stumbled upon TGI Fridays and straight away, I ran with joy, the kind of joy I can only imagine having when meeting your first born child.

Upon request, we were kindly sat away from the speakers as we’ve had a few heavy nights and felt quite rough round the edges, bonus points so far. We then selected wisely a soft drinks refill option, the absolute correct and wise decision considering our state on the dance floor in Leeds at 4am this morning.

Next up food, arrived fairly promptly and this was our first time meeting our new waiter Max, but he goes by Just Max, go with it, he’s a cool guy. No food dropped, and service with a smile he was delivering on all fronts so far. I asked for more ketchup, I’m a bit of a fanatic you could say, he brought quite a lot over, but I asked for more. He then proceeded to get even more, the poor boy working a long old shift but he nailed it, and delivered the final instalment on ketchup in the restaurant, bloody legend.

Max, Just Max you nailed it sir, sick hair, great ketchup carrying skills and service with the utmost care.

Give this man a bloody raise, he is Mr TGI Friday. Enjoy your weekend Max, we love you sir.

Peace and Love to all x

We used the Park & Ride at Elland Road instead of trying to park in the city, it runs every 15 minutes & is quick & cheap.
During our Xmas shopping trip we called into this shopping centre where there is a wide selection of shops & places to eat & drink.
The Xmas decorations were lovely giving the place a really festive atmosphere.

As a kid I regularly went to Leeds city centre with my mother and frequently went to Leeds shopping Plaza and Burton arcade. Believe me it Was much better as Leeds shopping Plaza and Burton arcade.
Trinity is now built on what was Burton arcade and it is Awful.
In my opinion they are just making all city's look same as eachother with these silly arcades which destroy so much of the unique culture and character that Leeds had until they built trinity. Very sad

If you like shopping, this is your place. It’s got lots of shops under a very impressive glass roof. I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest place in terms of finding your way around as some shops are in the main part and others are on the periphery. The Trinity is not the warmest of places if the wind is howling as there are no doors at one end of the centre so it can be cold inside.

There is a cinema and lots of eateries in here too, including a TGI Fridays and an Alchemist. The Trinity is also home to a LEGO shop which is always worth a visit and is really clean.

During February half- term, there was a super hero exhibition with models of lots of super heroes which was well worth seeing too.

I have always loved coming to Leeds as it’s the next best city next to my own city of Bradford. And now with Leeds Trinity here it’s even better as a lot of good shops are right next to each other. It can get very busy and I feel Trinity Leeds centre has not been built with this in mind. Such a shame as Leeds is a very popular city so maybe something else that’s more spacious is peaking in the future. Although we don’t need more food and clothes shops just clean and tidy areas to enjoy city life!

If you want literally anything go here. Its inthe heart of the city and even around there’s numerous streets which has all the shops, cafes and places to visit that you can think of.

Much better than city centres like Manchester and Liverpool.

Plenty of shops and places for food and drink. Mostly all undercover as well. I come here a few times every year and there is always a different themed event going on it’s great.
Went this time with my mum we arrived via the train which is only a short walk away. I wouldn’t recommend coming by car as the car park is very difficult to find and a bit of a walk from Trinity itself.
My mum left her glasses in the bathroom and we didn’t realise until halfway through our day. Found a member of staff easily, they used their radio and managed to find who cleaned the bathroom durning the morning. The lovely lady had kept my mums glasses locked in a cupboard safely and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Brillant customer service and care!

A very good city centre shopping complex with a number of bars, restaurants etc. thrown in to the mix. Bnag in the middle of Leeds it doesnt feel like its draining the life away from the city centre but adding to it. All the usual stores and mid to higher end range chain restaurants.
