Brilliant experience all round, the team were really helpful having gone in not really knowing how the process worked or what was available. They told me about an offer which gave some money off and I ended up renting an off-road e bike for 24 hours. Definitely the most fun I've had on a bike, ended up cycling nearly 40 miles, right out of Leeds and back up through Temple Newsam, to work and back the next day then back to the shop. They vert kindly help on to my own bike for me and locked it up in the store. They were really helpful in explaining the bike and the process of hiring to me. 100% going to do this again

Great, friendly service and good advice!! Francesco and his team are more than happy to allow you to try the huge array of bikes available; before you decide what’s best for you. I was looking for an easy to ride option, suitable for my dodgy knees. I was shown the best options available for my requirements and tested a couple of bikes a few weeks ago. The bike I chose had a lead time of a few months...so today I picked up a rental bike to use free of charge, until mine arrives. When the boss tells you to contact him anytime with any questions etc. then you know you’re dealing with the right company. Good for purchasing...and good for rentals as well. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our experience with Talio. We had the two prototype bikes which were a very smooth ride would absolutely book again when next in Leeds. Stephen also did a great job in onboarding us abs ensuring we had all we need. Only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. Hope Talio will be branching out to London/Essex soon.

We had a great day out on our electric Talio bikes. Booking and pickup were very easy and we made our way down to the canal and cycled to Saitaire. The bikes were very easy to operate and attracted a great deal of attention from passers by. The shop had a great selection of bikes to choose from and they all looked immaculate. I would certainly hire these bikes again and the daily hire charge was very reasonable.

We hired a Pedego electric bike for the day from here,it was a trial run before hopefully buying one.
The service was really good,took a few minutes to arrange and to go through how the bike worked,really good price for daily rate although we returned it after a few hours due to heavy rain...I would definitely recommend doing this.

Visiting Leeds for a couple of days and were looking for something to do. Spotted an advert for Pedego electric bikes and thought we would give it a go. First time we had used electric bikes and we were mightily impressed. Easy to use and made the biking experience thoroughly enjoyable. Hills became that much easier and managed to cover longish distances in a short period of time. Got up to 20 miles an hour on downhill stretches! Would highly recommend it to people thinking of having a go. The Leeds shop were very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Really enjoyed our rental today. Steven/Stephen was so helpful to get us kitted up and knowledgeable enough not to kill ourselves!!! The bikes are great quality, really fun and surprisingly good for a decent workout.
I would totally recommend giving it a go...we had mountain bikes and got very muddy! Great price, good bikes and top notch service - recommended!!!

Fantastic service! We had a coffee while we waited and it was a lively atmosphere. Steve was very helpful and explained the bikes clearly. We had a great time using the bikes, travelling to roundhay park for a picnic. It was the first time our toddler had been on the back of a bike and he loved it. Especially the fact it was electric so you can go much faster than normal. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time with the kids on the bikes. Hired two bikes, one of which we could plonk our two kids (5 & 3 years) on the back. Comfy and easy to use with helpful and straightforward advice from Stephen at Casa Mia (Chapel A). Will definitely use again.

the whole experience was great. the staff from Talio were so friendly and enthusiastic and gave me a full briefing at the beginning about the particulars of using the bike that i had hired.
i used the bike for commuting on a business trip whilst in the UK, instead of hiring a car. i cycle a lot at home in Switzerland, but i had a lot to carry each day during my trip so using an e-bike was a big help in this case. i could zip between Huddersfield and the north eastern side of Bradford in an hour - only a few minutes more than by car. it was great and the bike was a lot of fun.
