On line we booked as it's on different time slots . Nice and interesting place. Our 5 year old also enjoyed and understood most of it. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Dont go there in rush to finish. They take one party at a time to each room. So even when you finish, you have to wait till the previous party finish the next area. If you like Bronte family / sisters a must visited place.

So immersive Such a brilliant experience. There is a lot to see! Make sure you take your time to soak in all the information as there is a lot which takes up a lot of time... Do not miss this is you're a Brontë fan and remember to pre-book.

Finally visited Haworth. My daughter and I enjoyed some of the local walks before we visited the museum. We also had a wander around the lovely little shops in the village. The church was also really interesting with its selection of stain glass. The ladies on duty were very knowledgeable too. We had a timed slot for the house and the staff guided us around to ensure social distancing. So much to read! My daughter had a ‘where’s Wally’ quiz to complete. She really enjoyed the exhibits despite knowing nothing about the Brontes. The only thing that was slightly irritating was that the toilets in the house and the public ones were closed. Loads of people (and dogs) around in the village so masks are a necessity. All in all, a great and memorable day!

Really informative museum, and a must when you’re visiting Haworth. Very strong COVID-19 measures in place, with very friendly guides keeping everyone safe. The only downside was when some visitor took long than others to move around the one-way system, causing quite a large backlog. It now takes a good hour to work your way around

I telephoned in advance to book for my family, as I was having difficulty with the online booking system. I spoke to a rude and indifferent receptionist (accent, possibly South African?) who clearly couldn't care if people attended or not. No matter, as there were plenty of superior attractions in the nearby town and vicinity.
