Busy Monday afternoon, drove in, managed to find a parking space and entered the shop. My sister and I were really looking forward to some ice cream. Just as we were about to order I noticed a sign behind the counter stating no payment by cards were accepted. Neither of us had cash (spent that at Tong Garden Centre) so... More

Lovely site, just off Tong village. It is sited on a working farm and have been making their own ice-cream for years so really know how to do it. Lots of original as well as traditional flavours. Can be eaten inside or in the lovely picnic area outside with a drink, or taken away in litre packages. Ample car park... More

Lovely place to go when the sun is out. Nice scone or crumpet for a little treat then ice cream after when your walking around the small animal area. Can't stay here long as there isn't much to do but it does kill an hour in the day and the little ones love it and the little tractor climbing frames... More

Small selection of animals to keep the kids entertained for 20 minutes which is nice.. but the main attraction is their big selection of lovely ice creams!

Popped at the weekend and was very busy, we only wanted some ice cream so got in the queue. Ice cream was great. My friends toddler wanted to play on the 'tractors' which was great, until he found a hole that his parents couldn't see. He then fell, thankfully after a cry he was ok, but perhaps a sign needs... We have a 9 month old so decided to sit inside to eat. There was only one high chair and there weren't any straps to fasten her in which seemed ridiculous. The ice cream was good and the play area was in good condition but there wasn't much in the way of hand washing facilities.

Ice cream shop on a working farm. Some animals in small enclosures for children to see and tables outside for you to sit and eat the ice cream. Signage asking people to wash their hands after being in contact with the animals but only one toilet (not signed) with a tiny wash hand basin and no hot water. People had... More
