My wife and I went to see Sister Act here on a Friday evening. It was full to the rafters generating a great atmosphere. The quality of this beautiful theatre is impressive, it glistens from top to toe. Our seats were right at the top of the upper circle which is a heck of a climb by stairs but offers... More

Just been to see Sister Act with Alexander Burke - what a brilliant show with a very talented cast of singers, actors and musicians. Well worth a visit.

My friend and I went to the theatre for an over due catch up and decided to take in a show. A lovely impressive building which is very well ran. Neither of us had been before so it really was the blind leading the blind so to speak. The staff were fab and pointed us in the right direction. Luckily... More

Took 5 year old granddaughter to the panto and it was great the show was superb as expected. However the price of the food and drink are unbelievable expensive to say the least.....bag of sweets £2....small tub of ice cream £4 and that's on top of any toy that's bought.....glad it's only a treat once a year

Went to a fantastic modern dance show here in February - the energy and vitality were amazing: life-affirming. The theatre is beautiful - I could have enjoyed it with an empty stage. Whatever your reason go.

The beautiful venue suited the event perfectly as the stunning surroundings provided the perfect lavish backdrop to the simplicity of the staging of the various dances. The multicultural mixture of the programme added to the lovely mix of Victorian theatre, young... More
