    One of the better parks
Really enjoyed our visit here. It’s well laid out so as an adult if you don’t want to bounce you can watch them from the cafe upstairs. There are free lockers to use and they are easy enough. The place was very clean and tidy and not run down. It’s fairly small but there are lots to do and we filled the hour without getting bored. It is dark inside with disco lights which was fun and different. Not many marshals but we didn’t need them. It’s a really good price too when booked online. We will be returning.

    Kids party venue
My 7 year old grandaughter had a birthday party here for 10 kids. Plenty to do in well spaced out session. First class safety briefing and great facility . Party food offering was plentiful and good quality. We would like to especially thank the party host Amanpreet who was extremely friendly a d helpful and a great ambassador for the venue All in all excellent value for money for kids party

A great and well priced trampoline park
Great trampoline park compared to others because it isn’t just trampolines, they have an airbag and foam pits which my children loved. The discount over the summer holidays was fantastic too. Only downside is the fact it’s so dark during the session. No idea why the lights are off for the duration, surely the lack of light makes it more dangerous? I wasn’t keen on this personally but other than that, all good. Well maintained.

    Terrible for COVID secure business
I Would first like to say the venue itself is great and offers a lot for families. But... I Visited today with my young family and was very disappointed with the COVID restrictions and lack of social distancing put in place / enforced by the venue. This made me and my family very uncomfortable being there. Upon entry there was a NHS track and trace poster to scan and hand sanitiser available to use but nothing asking people to wear a face covering while walking around the venue, which we did anyway. On the table next to the hand sanitiser there was a temperature gun to take people temperature on arrival but no member of staff actually doing it. While at the reception checking-in, loads of other family’s continued piling in to the point where everyone had to squeeze past each other with no social distancing or one way systems at all. Up in the changing rooms and cafe was just as bad, there were way to many people in there that we were all stood side by side trying to get changed. It was also clear that multiple households that knew each other were sitting together in a big group of at least 15 when the teenage children that were with them were there. I understand that during these times businesses need all the custom they can, But at no point in the entire visit did any member of staff seen bothered or try to enforce any COVID restrictions that should be in place according to there website, ensuring they keep there customer safe. Me and my family will not be visiting any time soon unless things are changed and management addresses these issues.

Great trampoline park for young kids
Good value trampoline park. On the smaller side but this is reflected in price. Would say it's for younger kids up to 10. Small cafe upstairs which is a little pricey. Limited parking and may struggle to park on street. But overall positive experience.

Good venue overall, with some constructive feedback.
The venue is good with a good atmosphere with disco lights and other activities such as foam pits, balance beams and airbags. Staff were polite and the booking in and safety processes were good. There is also free lockers and food and drinks at reasonable prices. One negative: when the venue is very empty and it is apparent that the only patrons of the venue are children under 6, it would be nice if the staff changed the music to something more appropriate for that age group - such as pop or Disney music. On our visit the venue only played rap and grime music, some of which had inappropriate language for little ears. I felt like the music was catered to the staffs interests rather than that of the paying customers.

    Lots of fun!
There’s a variety of different areas not just trampolines. Booking was easy as was check in. There’s an area for parents to watch from the cafe. There’s free lockers. Staff were nice. It wasn’t overly busy so lots of space for kids to bounce around without bumping into anyone which has been my experience at other trampoline parks.

    Rubbish Avoid at all cost
Not worth your money, Aggressive staff, not welcoming and no common sense at all. No one is following the rules inside very small. Unfortunately, not going back again. BTW if your staff does not smile you rather close your business

    Let down
Half term visit/ utter chaos. No organisation and rude staff- mainly manager. No disabled parking and on street parking awful. Manager didn’t listen and was very rude as in her words too busy. Would not visit again. Trampolines fantastic shame about customer service and manners.

Really should have read the reviews before wasting time and money going here!
Rushed in at 4.15 with 16 year old son who has had proper trampoline classes for years and had used trampoline parks all over the country. Quickly got him registered and paid up until 6.00 (and of course had to buy the socks because of the “nobody else’s socks are good enough” scam) and he sat through the usual safety video.
“No back flips” - oh.
“Can we have a refund please?”
“We don’t do refunds”
Never come across that rule before - for an experienced teenager that’s a waste of time. Just too lame, so we went to Jump Arena in Leeds. Much much better.
So less than one minute in the (small) park and one bounce on one trampoline £15. Thanks
They could see we hadn’t read the long list of rules on the wall. Nobody asked “have you read the rules?” I clearly didn’t spend long enough signing in to have read a long list of rules then - if it’s even stated there.
I’m not particularly complaining about the boring rules (yes they’re on the wall so yes, I could have read them) or about the small cafe being separated from the small trampoline park by glass, or about the tiny car park. “No refunds”. Not acceptable. I paid cash, no complicated electronic refund needed - just give me back the cash. Or even some of it.

My son, and as a result, me too are becoming regulars at Trampoline Parks up and down the country.
Sadly, Jumparooz is at the bottom of the list. Very small, though to give something, it might be great for mums and toddlers during school times. Very poorly monitored by the staff with so many people clearly not listening to the safety briefing which is a shame.
The best bit sadly, to cap it all, in the cramped cafe which could do with a bit of a clean was when the manager knocked most of my coffee over my coat! In fairness, the girl behind the counter did quickly clean it up and offer a replacement but as the drink was possibly modelled on Baldrick’s coffee from Blackadder Goes Forth, in a twisted way, he may have saved me!
All in all, very poor experience, sorry but I won’t be back.

Took te grandchildren to this place on Sunday one aged 12 one aged 7 they had a really good time there are lots of trampolines to bounce on foam pits with a climbing wall and various other things for the Children to climb on and a giant airbag. The staff were very friendly and made sure no food was allowed in the play areas. The bounce lasted for one hour and cost £17.00 for the two kids. also you need to purchase anti slip socks at £1.50 but you can use the every time you go. When you go make sure you take a towel as the Children sweat a lot. we would definitely recommend this place
