Placed an order for a collectible figure on their website. Website said it was in stock.
Over 2 weeks later and still no delivery.
Took 3 emails for them to reply and tell me they cant locate the figure in any of their shops and will issue a full refund.
Would've done nothing had i not queried the order.
Avoid at all costs.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Took my 5 year old in as he wanted the ghostbusters car. They had one on the shelf but we were told it had just been ordered for collection. Despite we had already entered into a contract at the till. As parents you get how my kid reacted. They were indifferent and of no help. Ordered from zavvi as was cheaper. Shocking service and are happy to upset kids. In my opinion!

Wonderful little shop. Large variety of comic titles, trade paper backs & board games amongst other things.
Tables for customers to come in and either read or, as is a daily occurrence, sit down with friends and play a variety of games. Snacks and warm drinks available.
The owners, Owen & Tom, are a hoot. Warm and friendly, and always make it a pleasure visiting.
For a reader of comics or player of board games, this is the one place in Chichester I recommend you take the time to find.

Terrible service, sent me a defective sun faded Pop which I posted back at my own expense only for them to not refund me the shipping on the original purchase, wouldn't buy these again and recommend everyone to give them a wide berth.

Great place if you want to enjoy hobbies in an unfriendly and elitist environment. I've been to many stores like this and while it may at first seem charming and something Chichester sorely needed, quickly becomes clear just the type of person the owner is.

Great little shop with a very wide selection of games, and good space to game.
Worth checking if there are events on before going in to play, but staff were excellent and friendly.
Definitely will pop back in when I am next around.

I frequent Comics, Games and Coffee at least once a week, and wholeheartedly recommend it, not just for comics, which it has a great variety of, not just for board games, which it arguably has the best selection in Chichester, but just for somewhere to sit down, relax, and have a cup of tea.
Owen and Tom, the owners, go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and their amazing knowledge of all things games and comics, will help you search out a present for a loved one, or something just for you!
They also hold games tournaments, and are happy to teach people the rules of their many games they have ready to play.
If you're ever nearby, a visit is a must!
