Well what a day. After sitting in what seemed like endless traffic, we parked in the Mill Road car park and headed on to our castle visit. We paid for Gold plus tickets, for an extra £4 it seemed silly not to. Well what can I say, from the moment we entered the castle grounds we were in awe!! The... More

Had a fabulous visit to this wonderful castle and gardens. I think the thing that struck me instantly was the staff who all smiled and were efficient, warm and friendly. The castle itself should nit be missed and the gardens were lovely, had a very enjoyable visit.

I drive past Arundel regularly and I always admire the castle from a distance. I decided to pay it a visit. I parked at the lido which was £5 for all day but I later found out that you can park on the top road near the castle for free. As I wanted to visit the whole of the castle... More

Spent a really lovely day here. You can choose between bronze, silver, gold and gold plus pass, all of which being very reasonable with the most expensive being £20 per adult. We went for the silver pass and at £12 per person it was well worth the money. For that you get access to all of the castle grounds and... More

If you get chance really worth a look around the fantastic gardens of the castle. The castle is amazing and in great condition as is the chapel. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is I feel the entrance fee is a little steep.

A great day out with in laws and a young child. The castle looks impressive outside and I particularly enjoyed going up to the Keep which is the ancient part of the castle. Flower garden is definitely worth a visit.

Great attraction for couples or families and the restaurant did great food. The gardens were beautiful and the inside of the castle is well worth a look around.

As English Heritage members, we received a small concession on the price, but at nearly £30 for the two of us, it’s quite pricey. However, we felt it was good value as our ticket also included the bedrooms. These were interesting to see, including the old wooden toilet with a view! The helpful guide giggled when we asked if it... More

We chose one of the hottest days of the year, but it was well worth it. It is a shame that photography is not permitted in the Castle. Really glad we went.
