Saw Mandela Trilogy last night, what a pleasure that was, totally unexpected as I didn't know what to expect, but it was fabulous. The Hippodrome is always a pleasure to vist, well organised, and such a beautiful theatre. Can't wait for Funny Girl ext year!

Saw Chitty Chitty Bang Bang last week for the Second time. I had a great seat on the back row of the stalls. Lots of leg room. Great view of the stage. Staff great as ever. Programmes were more expensive than normal at £6.00/but lots of lovely colour photos. Next back to the Hippodrome in November for The Nutcracker. Looking... More

This is in a good location of Birmingham as it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. It also has a restaurant inside called the circle which is good value for money. It is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. There are a couple of bars inside where you can get drinks and you can also purchase... More

Phoned answered quickly and booking made. On the day of the show entry was quick despite a bag check. Toilets clean and found our seats easily. Performance amazing kept close to the... More

My Fiancee, myself and my future step daughter went to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the Hippodrome. It was brilliant from start to finish. Every second of it was fun and made you grin from ear to ear. In terms of the Hippodrome, I think it's by far the best theatre in Birmingham and always feels special. In contrast... More

I was surprised at how nice the Hippodrome was inside. Lovely modern feel to it. Clean and tidy. Really helpful staff, had a little chat about non theatre related things too. Felt very welcome. We had pre ordered and paid for tickets online and picked them from the collections desk. We deliberately left it half an hour before the show... More
