Visited the theatre for a live music show (progressive rock). Quite a large bar area with plenty of room. Clean toilets. The auditorium feels quite intimate with good acoustics. From what I saw there are no restrictive views. Would not hesitate to visit again.

We've been here several times both to the main theatre and the smaller downstairs theatre and always had a good show. Parking in the Q Parking is expensive although you can get a discount through the theatre - if the machine works! Otherwise if you don't mind a walk, there is plenty of cheaper parking nearby. Bar area does get... More

Attended the Christmas Wassail again this year....a triumph of just the right Christmas Spirit for me...not too phoney/or too romantic. The cast all appeared to be "Crescent Wassail "regulars and we recognized a lot of them from other productions we had seen there over the years. What happened to the collection for the homeless charity at the end of the performance... More

I danced there on Sunday the 22 of November 2015 and we had to re start out dance as the technical staff had mixed up all the tracks! Terrible tech team but lovely stage, dressing rooms are ok but quite small, I performed with RSM stage academy check us out on Google!

Saw twelfth night, what a great show! Theatre facilities were also great, drinks weren't too expensive. No parking though, so this cost nearly £10 for 5 hours parking.

Myself and my friend went to see Great Expectations yesterday and it was excellent. I must compliment the staff for being so helpful to my friend who is at the moment using sticks and very restricted with her mobility. The staff totally went out of their way and helped us in every way. I have been numerous times before over... More

This theatre is located in Brindley place around the corner from the car park entrance. It is a volunteer run theatre, with its own production group, but don't let that put you off. We went to see Great Expectations and it was superb. The actors would not be out of place on bigger theatre stages. They use very few props... More

My first time at this Theatre today, will certainly be back. Fantastic production of Sunshine on Leith, really enjoyed it. Staff throughout the Theatre were welcoming and friendly. Was quite surprised how big the stage was, I was expecting smaller. Please support this Theatre, it really is a gem.

Went to see " The Graduate " September,6th. never having been to the Crescent before. A brilliant production with all American accents being excellent with all parts played very well, especially the Graduate and Mrs. Robinson. The seats and legroom was better than the Hippodrome or the Alexander theatre ! and so near the stage. At the interval we had... More
