Amazing experience. My wife and I booked an experience day with treatments to treat her for the end of her maternity leave. We loved every minute from start to finish. The spa was so relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi were fantastic but our favourite part was the hot stone beds. The treatments were unforgettable and all staff were extremely accommodating, professional, friendly and really topped off the experience. Thoroughly recommend.

I stayed over at the genting hotel and used the Santai spa facility. All staff were Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Bell carried out my lava stone body massage and was absolutely exceptional. I have visited many spa facilities in different hotels who just “tap” your back however Bell was firm and I felt my knots being pushed. A genuine true massage was carried out. The room interior, setting and zen music helped me relax and nearly fell asleep asleep.Would highly recommend and a massive shout out to Bell.

First visit to the spa whilst my daughter was at a cheer competition in the arena. I was made to feel welcome and facilities explained. Choice of outdoor seating area and hot tub, hot stone beds, pool, sauna and steam room - free tea, coffee, water and juice in a lovely seating area. All in all a great experience, and with free parking too, with a validated ticket. Will definitely visit again.

I celebrated my birthday here! The staff were so welcoming and warm with special thanks to Leanne who calmed me after I arrived later than I anticipated . My massage was just fantastic, I felt so uplifted . Thank you ! Just an all round beautiful day which ended with afternoon tea at Sky restaurant. Again, amazing staff. Thank you for making my day so memorable .

I regularly frequent Santai Spa and it is a lovely relaxing venue with great facilities and wonderful staff. Rhea is amazing on reception along with Renee, Leanne and Mulahontis. Vicki is a professional and welcoming Manager and the place is immaculate thanks to Nilay,Noree and Erika. Rico offer amazing and great value personal training with his vast knowledge .

Lovely experience. My fiancé booked this break away as a “Babymoon” it was lovely! Also the hotel is as lovely. I had a foot/leg massage by a kind lady called KIRTI. She did a fantastic job! Would most definitely recommend both hotel and spa.

Me and my partner both went for the inner calm massage, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Would highly recommend, and defiantly worth the £89 for 50mins. Thank you to both Isobel, and kirti. You made me and my partner feel really comfortable, and done an amazing job for both of us. We both feel fantastic! I will be returning at a later date. The spa facilities are great, free drinks when you are there, a great variety of things, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot stone beds, sauna etc. Very clean, and smells absolutely gorgeous as soon as you enter the premises, and all the staff are lovely! Absolutely amazing experience!. Myself and my partner had a inner calm massage which lasts 50mins. Well worth the price as a whole experience from start to finish would highly recommend. It was my first time having a professional massage and just want too say thank you too Kirti & Isoabel very lovely and welcoming and made us feel really comfortable, will be returning for definite. Very welcoming at the reception and foyer smells amazing and a variety of spa facilities too chose from and free drinks for your duration their.

We visited Gentings Hotel & Spa for the first time and we were Not disappointed , great rooms , comfortable , clean, complimentary drinks and snacks. Spa was quite busy when we arrived and was only able to do have a leg & foot massage . Isobel was very professional and friendly, she made me feel relaxed and helped me unwind. U would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for sure☺️

We booked for a full body massage and it was amazing. Nemuna was great, really understanding of the treatment and very knowledgeable with the after care advice. She was very caring and very professional. We are yet to go into the rest of the spa facilities but so far it’s been a great experience throughout.
