A fun hour
Feb 2017 • Friends
We visited in the Feb half term. Was busy but I think you can only have as many people as there are trampolines.

Plenty of lockers, a returnable £1, not massive but enough for shoes, coats and a bag.

Such a fun hour of bouncing. We bought the socks for £1.50 when we booked it. (you can keep them, so next time just remember to bring them!) My 6 year old loved the freedom and was off playing dodgeball straight away.

An hour is plenty of time, we were defo bounced out by the end of the session.

Kitchen was closed on the day we went but the hot chocolate looked nice.

There were plenty of staff about, ready to keep people safe etc.

Will visit again!

Terrible service, waste of money
Feb 2017 • Family
To start with this isn't in Birmingham its actually off junction 10 on the M6 which is 20 miles away, not sure why they class it as Birmingham. The postcode doesn't really help and as it was dark we couldn't find the place and wasted 15 mins looking as there are no lit signs. So arriving a little late at 6.15 I was anxious to get in and start as I had paid £60 for the hour through Groupon. At reception it took about 20 mins to sort out our booking - the lady was arguing with me that I hadn't paid for all of us. We had pre purchased and pre booked for 2ppl, 2ppl, 2ppl and 1 extra. That makes 7 people yet she's arguing about giving the wristbands telling me we've paid for 6. After 10 mins wasted she realised it actually totals 7 people. Well after all this I was obviously not happy. Finally get in there only to waste another 10 mins on a safety briefing. By this time it was 6.45 and the session finished at 7. Even worse was to come as they actually called the kids out at 6.55. Basically I've paid £60 for the kids to have a 10 min bounce. And that's with a Groupon discount. Biggest rip off ever - also the place was crap anyway a complete waste of time. Kids were all gutted cause they only got 10 mins. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disappointing afternoon out
Feb 2017 • Family
We took our 8 year old daughter & 3 friends trampolining as a treat. The reception area was a little chaotic which is only to be expected with lots of excited children about. The girls got kitted out with their socks & joined the queue to go in where they watched a short safety video. Sadly I think a lot of other children either hadn't paid any attention to this or chose to ignore it as, once on the trampolines, it was a bit of a free for all. I know kids race around and you would expect this, but the staff just stood by and didn't intervene at any point when older children were bouncing onto trampolines already occupied by smaller ones. My daughter and her friends got knocked over on a number of occasions and didn't have the enjoyable experience they'd been looking forward to. We've been to other trampoline venues which was much better marshalled and will therefore not return to this one again.

Jump Classes
Feb 2017 • Friends
My friend and I joined Jump Nation for their Jump Class at the Walsall club (sorry couldn't find the correct address) and can honestly say hand on heart what a fab place it is.

We are both overweight ladies but at no point have we been made to feel awkward about our size. Our instructor, Rachael, is an absolute angel and has done nothing but encourage us all the way. Whilst Rachael does expect a good effort she also appreciates its going to take us a little longer to get there.

I really do encourage ladies wishing to loose weight to join in the fun as part of their weight loss journey.

the first time we visited here everything was perfect, dodgeball area would always be open and run properly with a member of staff watching, the air bad area you use to have to go 2 at a time and watched by staff now the staff couldn't care they'd rather stand around and talk to each other than keeping the children and adults safe I don't recommend this trampoline park airspace has much more to do and better staff will not be returning.

Great fun
Jan 2017 • Family
We had a lovely time on our visit. I would really like to say how great the staff were with the children. So often we go to places where the staff look bored and not interested in whether the kids are having fun. That was not the case at Jump Nation - the staff were fun and friendly and that makes all the difference

Great staff. Fun atomosphere
Jan 2017 • Family
I had a great time at Jump Nation. It was the first time that myself and my nephews had ever been to a trampoline park and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were late for our booked session but there was no problem for us to be added to the next hourly slot.

We will definitely be going again. In fact, I have bought a Groupon voucher for my nephew to go on his birthday and I have roped his parents into taking him and taking part too!

Fantastic place for all ages, but catering needs improvement
Jan 2017
We took our 1- and 3- year olds to Jump Nation and had a whale of a time! There is a huge area for adults/older kids, with so much space and so many interesting things to junp into/onto/off. We spent our time in the small children's area, which kept our kids amused for the best part of 2 hours. The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. On this basis I'd have given it a 5* rating, but...

Any positive experience of exercise or good healthy habits (and, to be clear, this is an excellent way to encourage fitness without being intimidating or inaccessible) is negated by the food choices. Front and centre at the kiosks is chocolate, cakes, sweets, fizzy pop and slushies; the kids' menu is primarily pizza, nuggets, hot dogs, burgers, chips, chips and more chips. It's a really wasted opportunity to tackle obesity, as diet is every bit as important as exercise. In fairness, the adult menu had a caesar or cajun chicken salad, and you appear free to bring your own food, but perhaps an idea could be to make healthy choices the default and then let punters choose chips if they want, rather than the other way around.

Anyway, overall a very positive experience, and well worth the half-hour drive. We will no doubt be back sometime.
