This is a lovely place to visit and there is more than just butterflies however it is a small attraction and is expensive. We have 2 small children, 3 and 5, and had been all around easily within 1 hour and that was mainly us trying to stretch it out for them. The ant walk was very unique and we... More

Myself and three friends took our children here for the afternoon.Hundreds of beautiful butterflies to behold as soon as you go through the door. Plenty to see including iguanas, small birds and a collection of insects. Not my fave bit but the kids loved seeing the creepy crawlies up close. Only downside was that the toilets were undergoing maintenance and... More

Visited with 2 young children. The place is really impressive to see, teaming with butterfly's of all sizes and colours. The area for the reptiles, insects etc.. was also really good. The only negative as it was quite expensive for its size as I can't see how you can spend more than about 45 mins in there and thats stretching... More

I last visited here a number of years ago and thought I would revisit and was very pleased I did. Stratford is a delightful place to visit and this just adds to make the visit more memorable. Plenty of butterflies flying around and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. If your in Stratford then this is one not to be... More

So many beautiful butterflies. We wasn't expecting to see all the other creepy insects which made it an interesting visit.

We had a lovely trip here earlier this week. Yes it was very hot inside and yes the visit lasted less than an hour but our 2 year old and 8 years old boys both enjoyed it, and it was worth it to do something different to fill some of the afternoon. They particularly liked watching the butterflies close up... More

Lovely to be in amongst so many beautiful insects of all sizes and colours. Also an interesting view of cocoons and an area of other insects and beasts.

We took our little boy and he had a fantastic time. I think the price was OK as you can come and go all day. The only real diserpointment was the shop but I think that was only because my son couldn't find anything he wanted

Worth a visit for a very enjoyable and unique experience. Kids loved it too, seeing butterflies from around the world. The setting was nice with a tropical feel. It was really relaxing walking around the pond seeing tropical plants and butterflies of all sizes and colours. Was a bit pricey but you can come and go as you please tgroughout... More

Took my grandson to the butterfly farm and he loved it. Lots of lovely butterflies and insects. He particularly loved the iguana! Worth a visit but it does not take very long to get around so don't plan an all day trip.
