We had a wonderful time last night at the Dough House Chinese cooking class. Mike was a great teacher, very knowledgeable & friendly. The dishes we made were all delicious with a particular mention to the Pork Adobo which was amazing! Thanks Mike, looking forward to the next one!

After reading such great reviews about Fulden’s cooking classes, I took a chance and booked a class. My adult daughter and I (visiting from the USA) had a lovely time with Fulden. She welcomed us into her pretty and charming home, and we spent an afternoon sharing stories and cooking wonderful scones and cakes. Fulden is so passionate about the art of cooking; she really has a gift for food and people. She even called a cab for us so we could make our dinner reservation. Do not hesitate to book a class with Fulden!

What a wonderful experience my adult daughter and I had at Fulden's. She is an amazing hostess and baker and her home is spacious, warmly and lovely decorated and her scones - moist and delicious. Oh, and her homemade jams- wonderful - not your store bought jams!

We had such a great time that we told all our friends (and of course showed our pictures) and now we have a number of friends who are excited at the possibility of coming back with us for a ladies retreat. Can't wait! It will be awesome!!

When I mentioned to our family that I'd signed us up for a baking class in the Cotswolds after my husband's business trip in London, both my father and husband were not very enthusiastic. But they went along with it anyway, and after a wonderful afternoon with Fulden, who is brilliant, kind, thoughtful, and clever, who taught us some of delicious recipes that were uber-popular at her café and bakery, and who devised a delightful tea party for us all to enjoy the treats of our labors ... guess who had the best time out of all of us? Even more than my mom, son, me, and our family friend? Exactly! My dad and husband. This is an experience for everyone ... even those who wouldn't sign up on their own. We have great memories and have even baked the recipes at home, too. I highly recommend it.

From the moment we got to the class we were warmly greeted and prepared for an afternoon experience. The friendliness of Fulden set the stage for an afternoon of learning, laughing and preparing a special tea. Small friendly group that engaged in sharing the cooking, asking questions, and preparing cakes, scones and clotted cream.
We had fun and following. We were no longer strangers by the time we left. The food was delicious even though I made it myself!! Lots of great tips and techniques to use again and again. Very interactive time with great memories forever. That is why we went and were not disappointed. Great afternoon out I cannot wait to take another class.

One of the best experiences ever! A perfect gift for my dad's birthday who also thoroughly enjoyed it. Fulden was so welcoming and friendly, the environment and atmosphere was lovely. I had a lot of fun learning about the making of pasta as well as eating it! Definitely will be going back :)

My daughter and I booked into the pasta making course, Fulden was so welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours. We learned to make different types of pasta and fillings and a delicious pudding. The setting was beautiful and felt very homely. We then sat and enjoyed all of the food we had cooked with a glass of wine and a glass of delicious juice. We were so inspired we then went into Stratford and bought a dough making machine so we can use our new skills at home. We will definitely be back for another course very soon.

We had a great time in this afternoon tea class. Fulden's home is beautiful and welcoming. She's a patient, organized, fun and skillful teacher. The food we made turned out beautiful and I'm delighted she shared her recipes with us so we can make the jam, cake and scones again at home. Fulden ended the evening by hosting an afternoon tea where we could enjoy what we made. It was made all the more fun by the fascinators she provided for the experience. We'd highly recommend this class.

My mum and I took Fulden's meze class and we can't recommend it more! We learned how to make flatbread, dolma, shakshuka, lentil balls (my favourite!), tomato walnut salad, baklava, as well as many useful tricks which we will be incorporating into our cooking. But besides learning how to cook, it was really a wonderful experience in a beautifully decorated setting. Fulden is so welcoming, knowledgable and extremely kind. We also got to bring home so much delicious food that we made, as well as the sourdough bread starter (we promise to take care of it and feed it regularly). The day after the class we actually made some flatbread and tomato sauce for shakshuka...

We will definitely be back for more classes!

Wow,what a great way to spend your afternoon !Lovely host, delicious scones and jam and chat. My 10 year old son who is into Minecraft (!) made his first scone with laughter and joy. Besides from having a great time,I am very impressed with Fulden's ingredients, like Organic Spelt Flour,Coconut sugar and almond milk. Right up to my street putting healthy ingredients in a baking class, bang on trend.
